About the job
In this versatile role, you will take on medical-administrative, organisational and guest-oriented tasks. These include:
- You personally, warmly and discreetly welcome, accompany and care for our international guests in the medical area
- You coordinate appointments, treatments and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping and other hotel departments
- You reliably perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation and the careful maintenance of the respective systems
- You correctly and carefully invoice medical services
- You carefully carry out HBOT treatments, InBody measurements as well as minor medical activities such as occasional dressing changes and ECGs
- You actively ensure clear, appreciative and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday life
A completed basic medical training, ideally as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, is a prerequisite for this role. Experience in an upscale service environment additionally forms the basis of your profile. Furthermore, you bring:
- Strong service understanding and enjoyment in the personal care of international guests
- Good PC user skills, confident handling of Microsoft Office and ideally knowledge in medical billing with TARDOC
- An independent, structured and careful way of working as well as enjoyment of coordinative tasks and interdisciplinary collaboration
- A professional, well-groomed and reliable appearance as well as discretion, empathy, resilience and reliability
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to work 4 to 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays
