Asset Manager Real Estate 100% (m/f/d)

• Independent management of a sub-portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on their sustainable value development
• Development and implementation of asset and leasing strategies as well as preparation of business plans
• Conducting lease negotiations with existing and potential tenants
• Management and supervision of external partners and service providers such as property managers, project managers, architects and consultants
• Representation of the ownership in renovation, conversion and development projects
• Analysis and optimisation of property performance regarding yield, costs and value development
• Preparation of budgets, investment calculations, reports and profitability analyses
• Support in property acquisitions and transactions, especially within due diligence processes
• Participation in sustainability and ESG initiatives to further develop the portfolio

• Completed commercial, business administration or real estate-specific training, ideally supplemented by further education in the real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in real estate asset management or a comparable function within the real estate industry
• Experience in the Swiss real estate market, preferably in the commercial property sector
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Engaging, straightforward and proactive personality
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
