Team Leader: Control Technology for Energy Systems

You love challenges and want to take the helm? In this key position, you are responsible for a competent team of project managers, software & control engineers and E-Plan draftsmen. With great passion, you lead your specialists and, together with them, set the course for the technological future of our energy systems.
Your tasks
- You lead and develop your team of 7 specialists, plan the capacities for the control technology area and promote efficient, responsible collaboration.
- You support your experts with complex concepts and define binding standards with them to ensure high quality in project execution.
- You identify improvement potentials in the internal processes of the control department and implement solutions to sustainably facilitate your team’s operational work.
- You coordinate collaboration with sales, overall project management and customer service. You ensure that control components are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- You personally manage control projects from planning to successful completion.
- You actively engage with innovations in automation technology and specifically seek approaches that create added value for the control department.
- You prepare offers for existing customers, calculate modifications and advise customers as well as internal stakeholders on defining technical solutions.
Your profile
- You have a degree as an electrical engineer (FH or HF) or a comparable qualification.
- You have solid experience in personnel management and/or have successfully led complex projects for many years as a senior project manager.
- Deep knowledge in control construction, automation and ideally in energy supply or building services engineering.
- Experience with EPLAN P8 and common PLC systems is required to be able to professionally coach your team.
- Fluent German and good communication skills in English and/or French.
- You are an integrative, resilient personality with a confident manner who makes decisions and motivates the team even in intense phases.
- Structured, entrepreneurial thinking with strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
