ㅤ What to expect:
As an Account Sales Leader (m/f/d) Annex 1, you are responsible for the commercial development of strategic pharmaceutical key accounts by building long-term Annex 1 lifecycle partnerships.
- You acquire strategic Annex 1 focus customers with a global or regional installation base.
- Proactively building relationships at leadership level (Global Quality, TechOps, Manufacturing Leadership) is part of your responsibilities.
- You initiate and sell Annex 1 assessments as a structured entry point and then solutions for Annex 1 compliance in further customer projects.
- You also position Syntegon as an end-to-end partner for Annex 1 throughout the entire factory lifecycle.
- You develop a strategic plan for each key account and implement it, achieving the defined goals.
- Additionally, you work closely with internal interfaces to successfully close deals.
- You accelerate order intake for Annex 1 and create a qualified pipeline.
- Finally, you coordinate internal experts (Annex 1, Engineering, Service) to successfully drive business closures.
- You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or an equivalent education and training.
- You bring several years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical liquid industry.
- You have experience and skills in building long-term customer relationships and managing key accounts.
- Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken, are essential, along with a willingness to travel approximately 50-70%.
- You are characterised by a "hunter mentality" as well as a proactive and results-oriented working style.
- Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and dynamic and pragmatic action, even in stressful situations.
