Social Educator in a Company (m/f) Fixed-term Contract (7 months) - 60-100% - Gland (Vaud)

Rafisa is above all a motivated team, a dynamic and social company committed to inclusive training for people affected by autism. For a duration of 7 months (from 1st October or to be agreed), we wish to hire a social educator for our Gland site to cover a leave of the incumbent.

You are a motivated person ready to take on the challenge in this fixed-term mission with the support of a committed and close-knit team. You feel concerned by our mission and have social or specialised training and experience; we would very much like to meet you and present our project.

Your job in a few words: you ensure socio-educational supervision and work autonomously. Within a small team, you apply our support concept daily with activities, workshops and methodological and didactic projects. You actively support our learners and train with them the social skills and professional behaviour in a company.

Our work is carried out in close collaboration with sector actors (vocational schools, inter-company courses) as well as partner companies. In a caring environment, we offer our learners favourable framework conditions for the development of their skills.

Your open-mindedness makes you understand that difference is an asset, and obstacles are challenges. You are able to manage atypical behaviours and help our young learners integrate the social skills of the professional world.
