Your mission:

• ensure a versatile activity in general and specialized surgery (without bone trauma)
• ensure quality care for patients according to current professional standards
• supervise the activity and training of assistant doctors
• participate in the training of assistant doctors, nurses, specialized practitioner nurses, interns, and students present in the department
• participate in clinical activity in an interdisciplinary team
• participate in continuing and postgraduate education, research, and university teaching

Your profile:

• Specialist in surgery with ISFM title, or very close to obtaining it or recognized equivalence in Switzerland
• proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B1 in German)
• Doctorate in medicine (or in the process of obtaining)
• motivated to contribute to a good working atmosphere and appreciate collegial exchange

• Ensure high-quality patient care according to applicable professional standards.
• Supervise the activity and training of assistant doctors.
• Participate in the training of assistant doctors, nursing staff, nursing specialists, interns, and students in the department.
• Contribute to clinical activity in an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in continuing education, research, and university teaching.

Profile

• Specialist title SIWF in surgery or in the process of obtaining it or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• German or French with good knowledge of the other language (German minimum B1)
• Doctorate in medicine or in the process of obtaining it
• Motivation to contribute to a good working atmosphere, enjoyment of exchange with colleagues
