Production Operator in 3-4 Shift Operation

Production operator in 3-4 shift operation (m/f/d)

We are looking for our client, a well-known company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, for an immediate start or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable individual as a production operator.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (GMP)
• Assisting with setting up and adjusting machines for various production runs
• Performing visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Keeping the work area clean and supporting cleaning tasks
• Documenting production data within the quality assurance system

Your profile:

• Ideally some initial professional experience in production or food processing
• Work experience in the food sector is an advantage but not mandatory
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in industry (GMP knowledge desirable)
• Technical understanding and manual skills in handling production equipment
• Careful, independent and team-oriented working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts possible)
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form mandatory (at least B1)
