We are looking for a
Operational Manager 60-80% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the management of the operation according to business principles, ensure sustainable success, and bring in innovative ideas
- The responsibility for administrative tasks, such as accounting, budget control, and personnel administration, lies with you – you keep the operation on a successful course
- You actively contribute to the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers, and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships, and strengthen the operation sustainably
- Whether internal or external events – you organize and carry them out, create special experiences, and ensure unforgettable moments
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:00
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a chef EFZ or a comparable gastronomic training
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in a small or medium-sized catering business, where you have already gained 5 years of leadership experience
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning demeanor, and an organized and solution-oriented working style
- You are IT-savvy and have solid knowledge in calculation and inventory management systems
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
- A clean record is required
