- Mechanical assembly: meticulous assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies according to technical specifications and provided plans
- Compliance with safety standards: rigorous adherence to safety standards throughout the production and assembly process
- Technical training: Federal VET Diploma as industrial equipment/metal constructor or recognised equivalent
- Mastery of welding techniques: proven expertise in MIG, MAG, TIG welding (steel/stainless steel), with precision and care
- Ability to read plans: skill in reading and accurately interpreting technical plans
- Initiative: ability to identify and propose improvement solutions in consultation with the workshop manager
