The Park Retirement Home is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.

• Professional care and support of our residents in their apartments, no car or driving license required
• Implementation of nursing diagnoses as well as co-design of care development
• Execution of ordering, answering phone calls, organizing appointments, handling correspondence for the residential group
• Assistance in the training of apprentices
• You are committed to maintaining the informal "Du" culture within the Park Retirement Home with a family-like environment

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or corresponding SRK recognition
• Several years of professional experience or training in Spitex is an advantage
• You enjoy working very independently and have an exact way of working
• You master the German language in spoken and written form (level B2) and understand Swiss German
• You have good coordination and organizational skills
