Tasks
During the internship year, you will gain insights into Ground Operations, support back office and operational control through analyses, work with international service providers, and help to make daily flight operations safe, efficient, and improved through better processes.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Supporting the stations and station management with operational issues, quality assurance, and report processing
- Creating, monitoring, and analysing operational key figures including the further development and optimisation of reporting
- Taking on administrative tasks such as user administration, invoice control, and coordination of digital reporting tools
- Participating in the introduction of new tools and processes as well as actively engaging in selected operational projects

Requirements
We are looking for an independent, flexible, and communicative personality with pronounced
team skills and a completed secondary school leaving certificate as well as planned, current, or completed studies in the aviation field or a completed aviation apprenticeship.
Furthermore, you have:
- A pronounced ability to analyse complex operational contexts, prepare relevant information in a structured manner, and derive precise courses of action from it.
- Knowledge of civil aviation
- Studies in aviation, economics, or a comparable course of study are an advantage
- Very good Office 365 skills including Excel for efficient creation, analysis, and visualisation of operational data
- Professional appearance in dealing with international service partners and diverse stakeholders
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, for secure and clear communication in a global working environment
