Tasks
- Performing hotel service activities: advising patients on meal orders, meal service, room rounds, and orders on the wards
- Supporting and providing service around patients in cooperation with the nursing staff
- Responsibility for a flawless overall appearance on the wards
- Targeted cleaning tasks
- Ensuring and adhering to hygiene guidelines
- Assisting with events of all kinds within the PDAG
- Conducting quality controls
Profile
- Completed vocational training in hotel management
- At least 3 - 4 years of professional experience in service, preferably in healthcare
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as weekend and holiday shifts
- Friendly, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented host personality
- High customer orientation and personal responsibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good knowledge of German
