- Personalized and targeted advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency, or by phone
- Follow-up and professional development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of the client portfolio in your region
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
- Completion of administrative tasks related to your position, with the support of the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have initial experience in the insurance sector, the AFA is an additional asset
- You live in Orbe and can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
