Your Tasks:
- As a committed individual, you will drive the further development and support of our systems and applications together with our business analysts.
- You take responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and security of existing and future functions in the defined areas.
- You independently develop concepts according to predefined criteria and professionally implement projects.
- The focus is on optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operation between the B2B online shop, PIM, third-party platforms, CustomGPT, and the interfaces to S/4 Hana.
- As a central contact person, you support internal and external partners with questions about functionality and operation.
- Building and supporting key users is part of your tasks, as well as advising and assisting them.
