Now the family is opening a new chapter and transforming the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with show kitchen and bar, banquet, event, and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

Your main tasks:- You lead a service team of around 10 employees plus banquet helpers
- You welcome and attend to guests and are responsible for the quality of professional service and exemplary customer orientation
- You lead and promote your employees, motivate them to achieve top performance, and work closely with colleagues from adjacent areas
- You write duty and deployment plans, plan and coordinate events of all kinds
- You carry out the usual preparation and follow-up work
- You perform various administrative tasks
- You are an enthusiastic and inspiring host or hostess and a sales talent
- A completed apprenticeship in service or an equivalent qualification, e.g., a hotel management school diploma
- Relevant professional and personal further training
- Experience in upscale gastronomy with work in front of the guest, such as carving, flambéing, etc.
- Experience in leading a small team
- The courage to try new things and the energy to deliver top performance every day
- Sufficient experience in administrative and planning tasks
