YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for incoming goods inspection by applying common inspection methods (visual, manual, and 3D) and the associated quality proof documents from suppliers
- Operation of various measuring and testing equipment as well as the 3D measuring arm (including programming)
- Creating error and deviation reports as well as documentation in the central quality management system
- Participation in the revision and creation of suitable test instructions and guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality, and 5S standards
- Independent structuring of the workday considering various priorities and tasks
- Acting as an interface in close exchange with logistics, production, and the central quality department
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training with EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in incoming goods inspection with common measuring instruments and testing techniques as well as in 3D metrology (PC-DMIS advantageous)
- Experience in complaint management is an advantage (creating complaint and claim reports including coordination of necessary tasks and measures)
- Basic training in quality assurance, 3D metrology and/or further training as a visual inspector from a recognized certification body (VT 1&2) is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Independent working style with a structured approach
