Controlling Specialist 60-100%
What you can achieve with us
- Project Controlling: Support for project managers in commercial project management (including cost and revenue planning)
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparation and commentary on monthly financial statements, management reports, comparative calculations, ad-hoc evaluations, and analysis of key KPIs (e.g., billability, order backlog, incoming orders)
- Sales and Project Support: Professional support in tenders (RFI/RFP), responding to customer inquiries, and participating in internal and group-wide projects
- Consulting: Business consulting within the business unit, preparation of financing and profitability calculations, and investment proposals
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparation of the annual budget, including determining full cost rates and overhead cost surcharges, as well as interim forecast calculations
- Operational Financial Management: Preparation of booking bases, conducting dunning processes, and supporting the review and posting of supplier invoices
- Interface Function: Close collaboration with management, the finance department, and other specialist areas within the corporate group
What you bring
- You maintain an overview in complex situations, work independently, and appreciate the exchange with various contacts, for which you can use your strong communication skills
- You have completed training in business administration, controlling, finance, and accounting (professional certificate/FH/HF or similar)
- You bring solid professional experience in controlling (focus on project controlling) as well as good knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and commentary on financial metrics
- Proficient use of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
