- Operation and further development of solutions for software distribution, packaging and client management
- Administration and optimisation of modern Microsoft workplace environments
- Technical further development and introduction of new technologies in the workplace environment
- Taking over the professional responsibility for sub-projects and technical work packages
- Analysis and resolution of more complex faults within the scope of 2nd level support
- Consulting and support of customers on technical issues related to clients and workplace services
- Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation and operating concepts
- Several years of practical professional experience in client engineering or modern workplace environment
- Sound experience with software distribution and client management, for example Microsoft Intune or comparable solutions
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows client operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of standardised, automated and centrally managed workplace infrastructures
- Independent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of technical responsibility and project work
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of customer projects in the area of Modern Workplace and Client Engineering- Operation and further development of solutions for software distribution, packaging and client management
- Administration and optimisation of modern Microsoft workplace environments
- Technical further development and introduction of new technologies in the workplace environment
- Taking over the professional responsibility for sub-projects and technical work packages
- Analysis and resolution of more complex faults within the scope of 2nd level support
- Consulting and support of customers on technical issues related to clients and workplace services
- Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation and operating concepts
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development/system technology, or a comparable IT qualification- Several years of practical professional experience in client engineering or modern workplace environment
- Sound experience with software distribution and client management, for example Microsoft Intune or comparable solutions
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows client operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of standardised, automated and centrally managed workplace infrastructures
