About the job
The tibits family in Zug is looking for a new member to support the dedicated team in a 40% role starting mid-August by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Production of freshly made salads, fruit juices & sandwiches
- Provision of the patisserie & breakfast offerings
- Setting up & supervising the salad buffet
- Mise en place of hot dishes
- Cleaning & dishwashing duties
- Quantity calculations according to recipe specifications
- Adherence to basics, quality and product specifications as well as work processes
