Within the General Directorate of Human Resources, the daycare centres of the Vaud cantonal administration offer 132 preschool collective care places for the children of State of Vaud employees to better reconcile family and professional life.

• Supervise, as part of a team, the young child educationally and implement actions promoting their fulfilment as well as their motor, cognitive, emotional and social development.

• Ensure the transition from family life to that of a care structure for the young child.

• Ensure good collaboration with parents, respecting their privacy.

• Work within the La Fourmi Child Life Centre with the medium/large group.

After 7 years of professional experience recognised in the role according to our salary system, the person will benefit from classification in a level 8 position.

• Holder of a diploma from a higher school (ES) in the field of social work specialising in "Child Education" or a diploma from a university of applied sciences (HES) in the field of social work specialising in "Social Education".
• The job offer is also accessible to persons who hold an equivalence recognised by the OFFT.
• Sense of responsibility, good listening and communication skills, openness and initiative, flexibility, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration.
