Carpenter - Team Leader - High Personal Responsibility - Great Team

• Leadership and optimal deployment planning of around 10 employees, machines, and materials
• Deadline monitoring as well as support and control of ongoing orders
• Participation in production, if required

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, ideally with further training as a production team leader
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position
• Strong social skills and communication ability
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Resilient and flexible personality with good physical condition
