What is my role?

You take on the leadership and implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects to optimise business processes

• You analyse existing processes, identify improvement potentials and develop sustainable solutions

• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate all project participants

• You apply Lean Six Sigma methods and tools (DMAIC, value stream analysis, etc.) professionally

• You train and coach employees in Lean methods and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• You create meaningful reports and present project results to management

• You manage projects in terms of time, budget and quality and ensure the achievement of objectives

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification

• You hold a certification as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

• You bring several years of experience in project management and process optimisation

• You have sound knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma methods

• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

• You convince with strong communication skills and team spirit

• You work independently, are assertive and have moderation skills

• You have excellent German and good English skills
