Road Maintenance Worker
Technical Office | 80-100% | Vicosoprano
The Technical Office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads, as well as for the implementation of hydraulic works and non-motorized traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 meters high and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton hides in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As an office certified with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For this reason, we are committed to systematic health management in the company (GSA).
For the road maintenance department in district 3 Samedan, we are looking for by November 1, 2025 or by agreement a road maintenance worker
Tasks
- Performing road maintenance work in a small maintenance team
- Summer and winter service
- Clearing and repair work after accidents or natural events
- Monitoring the condition of roads and road facilities
- On-call service (both summer and winter)
What we expect from you
- Completed professional apprenticeship in construction

- Category C driving license or willingness to obtain it
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and German is desirable
