About the job
Seal Officer (80%)
- Independently conducting sealing procedures in cases of death. This includes: scheduling appointments, obtaining information, conducting sealing interviews, creating sealing protocols
- Ordering, monitoring, and lifting security measures
- Advising survivors and communicating with relatives and authorities
- Handling various administrative tasks
- Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience, ideally knowledge in property and inheritance law
- High psychological resilience and initiative as well as confident interaction with people
- High-performing, flexible, and reliable personality who maintains an overview even in hectic times
- Independent and discreet working style
- Strong communication skills, networked thinking, and a great sense of responsibility
- Possession of a category B driving license
- A respectful, collegial collaboration and good working atmosphere
