Responsibilities
- You create and implement an optimal FM organization at the Perry Center and plan maintenance involving third-party companies
- You are cost-conscious and create and monitor the ancillary cost budgets and assist with multi-year planning
- You ensure the safety of people and assets in the center
- You apply your skills in setting up and dismantling our diverse center events and occasions
- You lead a small team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a skilled trade (e.g., building technology, electrical, sanitary/heating or ventilation installer)
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking and action is a plus
- Administrative tasks come easily to you
- You possess a category B driver's license
- You are flexible in terms of time based on the opening hours of the shopping center
