The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. In the Ebnet house, right in the centre of Herisau, there are 48 rooms or apartments spread over three floors. The proximity to the village centre enables diverse relationships inside and outside the house.

Are you looking for a meaningful task where you can contribute your expertise and personality? Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for an engaged individual to join our team immediately or by arrangement as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You accompany and care for our residents with heart, professional competence and a touch of humour in their home.
- You ensure individual, resource-oriented care and create security and trust through your actions.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and actively support your team in everyday work.
- You contribute your ideas, help shape processes and promote collaboration with internal and external professionals.
- You mainly work early and late shifts until 21:15 and additionally take on around three night shifts per month.
Our requirements:
- You are a certified nursing specialist HF or have an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You have experience in long-term care and enjoy professionally and empathetically supporting elderly people.
- You take responsibility, work independently and actively contribute as a team player.
- Ideally, you are familiar with RAI LTCF and confidently use this tool in your daily work.
- You work confidently with IT systems and communicate fluently in German – both spoken and written.
