Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse in Spitex, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You challenge, promote, organise, plan, coordinate and advise your employees and maintain close contact with the overall management
• You independently ensure needs-oriented, demand- and professionally appropriate care and advice at home, including consideration of the social environment
• You care for and support clients, young and old, according to their needs in the Spitex area
• In doing so, you work service-oriented and take on case management
• Furthermore, you adhere to the institution's guidelines and follow the instructions of the general practitioners
• Weekend duty every 5-6 weeks as well as one late shift per week with on-call duty
• The workload can be chosen between 80 and 100%, depending on preference

Requirements

• You have training as a registered nurse (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is required)
• Returnees as well as younger nursing professionals are warmly welcome
• You have leadership experience at team leader level and/or the willingness to complete corresponding training
