• You work closely with the Topic Manager for Numbers and Financing and take operational responsibility for implementing the annual plan
• You implement measures across the entire spectrum of marketing communication – from campaigns to dialogue marketing and lead generation
• You ensure continuous social media communication on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok together with our Social Media Managers and the production team
• You review the impact of the implemented measures, create reports and actively contribute optimisation suggestions

• You have a federal professional qualification or a completed degree in marketing and have several years of professional experience in marketing communication and an interest in financial topics (knowledge of the banking sector is an advantage)
• You are familiar with social media channels and think storytelling across channels through to the end and are an implementation-strong and convincing personality with pronounced organisational skills
• You ensure success control and regular reporting
• You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form and have knowledge of French
• You enjoy working in a team, are self-initiated and have the courage to take new paths
