Your qualification

Would you like to work with us?

Then, in addition to a positive basic attitude, ability to reflect, resilience, flexibility and humour, you must have a diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) in social work / social pedagogy or a related field. Accordingly, you are capable of professionally shaping a high-quality, theory-led and goal-oriented daily routine for the young people. Besides enjoying working with young people with special needs, you like working in an interdisciplinary team and have good administrative and organisational skills.

Your tasks

In our social pedagogical centres, we offer supervised and supported living for adolescents and young adults with cognitive impairments who are completing a vocational preparation programme or vocational training with us.

Your tasks include:

• Participative, systemic-interdisciplinary collaboration with pupils, parents and professionals (therapy, social work and curative education)
• Structured support for young adults aged 16 to 22 years
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends
• Case management of assigned young people
