Business Analyst with Project Management Experience 80 - 100%The Office of Health ensures a high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare system in the canton of Zurich. It guarantees seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zurich population.
The Data & Analysis Department of the Office of Health is the competence center for all data-related questions regarding healthcare in the canton of Zurich. We enable data-based decisions and operate various specialized applications, are responsible for hospital data collection, conduct extensive data checks, and create target group-specific analyses of healthcare.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with project management experience, 80-100%, starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Advising and enabling ("coaching") colleagues in the office in the evaluation, adaptation, and development of IT solutions as well as the "life-cycle management" of specialized applications
- Analyzing and documenting the needs of the specialist departments and developing or proposing IT solutions
- Supporting and further developing selected applications of the Office of Health throughout their entire lifecycle
- (Partial) project management for the evaluation, adaptation, and development of new IT solutions
Your talent
- Master’s degree in business informatics or comparable education
- Several years of experience in business analysis and project management experience
- Good knowledge of project management, preferably the cantonal HERMES methodology
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in coaching stakeholders
- Analytical, structured thinking as well as high problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working independently and responsibly in an interdisciplinary environment
