Specialized Manager in German-speaking Individual Life (m/f/x) 80-100%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which is very active in private pension provision (3rd pillar), we are looking for a specialized contract management manager for our Individual Life Pension division, who will collaborate with various cross-functional entities in a dynamic environment.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Be responsible for managing life contracts for several general agencies for which you are the privileged contact
• Analyze, process, and accept new business
• Ensure the complete administrative management of contracts (modifications, cancellations, and maturities)
• Actively collaborate with various work partners (e.g., Risk Analysis, Compliance, Benefits, Product Development)
• Proactively contribute to evolving our processes and products
• Participate in achieving our objectives related to the company strategy

Your profile:

• Ideally experience in the insurance field (federal insurance certificate or equivalent training is an asset)
• Fluency in German spoken and written (native language or at least C1 level) with ideally good knowledge of French
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and ease working on multiple IT platforms
