For our client, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist 50-100% immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring professional, competent, and respectful care and support
- Taking over house responsibility as well as on-call duties
- Contact person for employees, residents, and relatives
- Management of primary nursing
- Careful nursing documentation
- Planning, accompanying, and conducting medical visits
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the dementia field
- Motivating, loyal, and supportive personality
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Strong self- and social competence
- Respectful and empathetic interaction with our residents
- Interest in actively participating in innovations and further developments
- Good PC skills
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
- Solid RAI user knowledge
