What is my role?

• You lead a small, dedicated logistics team and actively promote their professional and personal development

• You keep an overview of all logistical processes and ensure that everything runs like clockwork

• You plan the flow of goods strategically and ensure that every order arrives punctually and efficiently at the customer

• You analyse warehouse, goods receipt, picking, and shipping processes and continuously develop them further

• You ensure that all quality, safety, and hygiene standards are adhered to

• You drive exciting optimisation projects forward, evaluate key figures, and derive concrete improvements from them

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a solid education in logistics – this is your foundation

• You have already gained several years of practical experience in logistics and ideally have led a team

• ERP systems and warehouse management software are not foreign to you, and you are also proficient in MS Office

• You know how to inspire people, structure processes, and keep an overview – leadership and organisation are in your blood

• You think analytically, quickly recognise connections, and find pragmatic solutions instead of dwelling on problems

• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and openly, and bring everyone on board
