Within our "Transport & Infrastructure" unit, we are looking for our team based in Lausanne, Neuchâtel or Geneva, a:
Senior SCADA Project Manager 80-100%
In this role, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
Ensure the complete management of projects related to IT and automation systems in transport infrastructures (road and urban), including supervision systems, control-command, traffic management, and security.
- Project management:
- Definition of objectives, deliverables, and schedule
- Coordination of internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
- Monitoring performance indicators, regular reporting, and risk management
- Tender submission procedures
- Verification, validation, and acceptance procedures
- Technical:
- Management of studies and integration of IT and automated systems (SCADA and BMS)
- Network and communication protocols (such as OPC-UA)
- Validation of technical architectures and interfaces with other systems
- IT virtualization and security would be a plus
- Monitoring testing phases, commissioning, and acceptance
- Client and partner relations:
- Interface with project owners, operators, and authorities
- Leading technical and coordination meetings
- Writing project documentation and contractual deliverables
- Quality, safety, compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Applying QSE procedures and contributing to continuous improvement
COULD IT BE YOU?
- Degree in industrial IT engineering, automation, embedded systems, or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in project management in industrial IT and BMS, ideally in road transport
- Mastery of project management tools and environments
- Knowledge of Swiss standards and norms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and priority management skills
- Enjoy working in a transdisciplinary team while being able to work independently
- Fluency in French and English
