Housekeeping Specialist EFZ or Health Specialist (FaGe) with Spitex experience

Your tasks

• Needs assessments for housekeeping assignments with InterRai HC - on site and by phone
• Case management as well as contact person for clients, relatives, and employees
• Control of reported assignments and their documentation
• Support in the introduction and supervision of new employees in the area of housekeeping & care
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist offices (e.g., doctors, hospitals, insurance companies)
• If necessary: independent execution of housekeeping assignments

Your profile

• Completed training as FaGe or Housekeeping Specialist EFZ
• Experience in Spitex needs assessments and case management (mandatory)
• Knowledge in the application of interRAI HC
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Good IT skills (e.g., Perigon, Beekeeper)
• Driver's license category B and mobility
