Technician Venue Services / ICT Support 100%
Your tasks
- Technical support for video conferences & events
- Service and maintenance work on AV equipment
- Independent handling of service orders in cooperation with customers
- 1st & 2nd level support in the ICT and network area
- Troubleshooting in signal flow and AV components
- Creating and maintaining documentation for customers and the AV team
- Participation in continuous improvement processes and lifecycle management
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the technical field (multimedia electronics technician, ICT specialist or similar)
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
- Good knowledge and experience in operation and configuration of HDBT and AVoIP systems
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, reliable, and high-quality working style even in hectic situations
