Customer Service Advisor Body Shop

Knecht AG is a regionally active Mercedes-Benz dealership for vans, trucks, and buses. In combination with our own lettering and the body shop and paint shop, we cover a comprehensive range of services for our customers with just one service contact. Over 50 specialists provide service quality for our customers.

• Contact person for our customers in case of damage to both passenger cars and commercial vehicles
• Responsible for smooth handling of the case as well as seamless communication with all parties involved
• Creation and processing of quotes
• Planning of repair appointments in coordination with colleagues in the workshop
• Support of the Head of Customer Service with further administrative tasks

• Basic training in the automotive trade – ideally as a bodywork mechanic
• Commercial knowledge, initial experience in a similar role is a great advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office programs
• High service orientation, a winning appearance, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Driver's license, category B.
