Group Leader Children's Residential Group 80–100%

• You lead a team of 7 employees in professional, organisational, and personnel matters, as well as an apprentice FaBe MmB
• You are responsible for the further development of the employees
• You take on tasks in care and accompany children and young people with partly severe cognitive and/or physical impairments in everyday life
• You act as the interface for the flow of information between department management and the team and ensure collaboration with internal interfaces
• You maintain contact and cooperation with parents and/or legal representatives
• Solid experience in working with people with disabilities
• Completed training as a social pedagogue or nursing specialist HF with a social pedagogical flair
• Proven experience in leading a small team
• You value interdisciplinary collaboration
• Reliable and resilient personality, willing to face new challenges, take responsibility, and maintain a respectful approach
