Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue at Johanniterbrücke in Basel is reminiscent of a Japanese recording studio and a stylish clubhouse with its interior. It offers 108 seats indoors and around 48 seats outdoors.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Your versatile tasks:
Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳
Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
Maintaining order in storage and kitchen 🗄️
Supporting the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴
Your talents & experience:
Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
Good German language skills in speech 🗣️
You work cleanly and precisely ✨
