For our team in purchasing, we are looking for a motivated personality as Purchaser 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the operational purchasing of raw materials as well as auxiliary and operating materials
- Conducting price comparisons, price negotiations, and contract conclusions with existing and new suppliers
- Conducting market analyses and identifying new sources of supply
- Ensuring timely and economical procurement while considering quality, costs, and availability
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality
- Maintaining and further developing supplier relationships including evaluations
- Actively shaping strategic purchasing initiatives and continuously improving procurement processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing (e.g., purchasing specialist with federal certificate) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing company with technical understanding
- High negotiation skills, decision-making ability, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Fluent in German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP (S4 HANA)
