Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for a:

Nursing Assistant / Maternity and Paediatric Health Auxiliary (M/F) at 80-100%

Start date in September 2026 or to be agreed for a fixed-term contract of 6 months to 1 year.

YOU HAVE

• A recognised CRS diploma as a health auxiliary or nursing assistant
• Successful experience in a maternity or paediatric service
• Energy, motivation and good adaptability
• An interest in working in a multidisciplinary team

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient environment of the service (cleaning, meal service, etc.)
• Manage the supply of materials and contribute to their efficient use for all services of the Mother-Child unit (postpartum, delivery room and gynaecological-obstetric emergencies for maternity and paediatrics, neonatology)
• Provide, within the limits of your job description, support to families throughout the hospitalisation period
