About Our Client

For our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization specializing in diversified healthcare products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, we are seeking a talented Supply Chain Project Planner (m/f/d). This innovative company operates across global markets with a strong focus on end-to-end supply chain optimization and network efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate network disentanglement initiatives across API, drug substance, and packaging operations
• Develop comprehensive supply strategies for finished goods, bulk materials, and active pharmaceutical ingredients with planning horizons extending up to 36 months
• Manage allocation processes during supply-demand imbalances to ensure continuous market availability
• Lead site supply reviews and global demand planning sessions, representing assigned product portfolios
• Drive network optimization projects including transfers, portfolio rationalization, and manufacturing site transitions
• Monitor and report key performance indicators through monthly scorecards and inventory management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product leads, value chain managers, and regional teams
• Support product lifecycle activities from launch coordination through discontinuation planning

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Manufacturing
• Proven track record in supply chain planning and operations management
• Advanced proficiency with SAP ERP and SAP APO (DP/SNP modules) planning systems
• Strong analytical capabilities with Microsoft Excel and QlikView or similar business intelligence tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multiple regions and departments
• Outstanding communication abilities to effectively engage with operational teams and senior leadership
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and change management
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or postgraduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management are advantageous
