For our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization specializing in diversified healthcare products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, we are seeking a talented Supply Chain Project Planner (m/f/d). This innovative company operates across global markets with a strong focus on end-to-end supply chain optimization and network efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate network disentanglement initiatives across API, drug substance, and packaging operations
- Develop comprehensive supply strategies for finished goods, bulk materials, and active pharmaceutical ingredients with planning horizons extending up to 36 months
- Manage allocation processes during supply-demand imbalances to ensure continuous market availability
- Lead site supply reviews and global demand planning sessions, representing assigned product portfolios
- Drive network optimization projects including transfers, portfolio rationalization, and manufacturing site transitions
- Monitor and report key performance indicators through monthly scorecards and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product leads, value chain managers, and regional teams
- Support product lifecycle activities from launch coordination through discontinuation planning
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Manufacturing
- Proven track record in supply chain planning and operations management
- Advanced proficiency with SAP ERP and SAP APO (DP/SNP modules) planning systems
- Strong analytical capabilities with Microsoft Excel and QlikView or similar business intelligence tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multiple regions and departments
- Outstanding communication abilities to effectively engage with operational teams and senior leadership
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and change management
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or postgraduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management are advantageous
