Acute Care Nurse (M/F)

Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:

Acute Care Nurse (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience acquired in acute care is required.
• Great adaptability to the requirements of the different departments to which you are assigned.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigor.
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a comprehensive therapeutic project.
• Work in an interprofessional manner with the goal of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient.
