At our location in Oberhausen, we are currently looking for an employee in dispatch.

• Procurement of commercial vehicle parts via the central warehouse and external suppliers
• Obtaining and checking price and delivery time information as well as monitoring delivery dates
• Controlling, monitoring, and optimising stock levels
• Handling ordering processes including special procurements and returns
• Checking and booking goods receipts as well as verifying delivery notes and supplier invoices
• Processing complaints and resolving quantity and value discrepancies
• Maintaining article, warehouse, and supplier master data in the merchandise management system (SAP)
• Preparation and support during inventories
• Close cooperation with sales, warehouse, workshop, and suppliers
• Taking on general organisational and administrative tasks in the dispatch and purchasing area

• Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in commercial, logistical, or technical fields (e.g. training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or similar)
• Professional experience in dispatch, materials management, or spare parts sales is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP and ERP
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Organisational talent with a solution-oriented approach as well as strong team and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and service-oriented thinking
