- The CPNE is the reference actor in terms of professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial, advanced, and continuing education).
In your role as a technical employee, you work closely with the SMIS manager (maintenance, housekeeping, and security service) and ensure the proper technical functioning of the buildings, including painting work, sanitary installations, and heating management systems.
Integrated into a versatile team, you contribute to the general maintenance of building equipment, participate in renovation and housekeeping work, and assist with the transfer and transport of materials and equipment.
You take part in alarm management and respond to various technical emergencies. Finally, you are involved in safety campaigns aimed at site users and may be required to be on call if needed.
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in a similar position, including painting and building maintenance.
Your technical qualifications in painting, heating, and/or sanitary fields, as well as your knowledge of basic digital tools, are accompanied by an ability to work in a team with a sense of responsibility. Autonomous, you also demonstrate versatility, precision, and rigor.
