Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
- You recognize emergency situations and manage them
- You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
- You are a contact person for residents, relatives, and other stakeholders such as doctors and therapists
What You Bring
- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI, or PsyKP
- You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people suffering from dementia
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
