Job description
To support our growth, we are looking for a Bid Manager to join our teams.
As a Bid Manager, you will work within the Pre-Sales department with the sales teams to meet the needs of end clients in functionally rich and complex sectors.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create attractive commercial proposals: gather key information (technical, financial, etc.) to meet the specific needs of clients and ensure a clear and coherent presentation.
- Business support: assist managers in prospecting for sales and presenting our solutions.
- Manage and write tenders: prepare and send our responses to requests from clients seeking concrete solutions for their projects.
- Participate in the financial management of projects: contribute to estimating costs and building competitive offers while respecting our objectives.
- Help the team organize and improve: work on tools and processes that make our work more efficient (such as creating offer templates or analysis tools).
Your profile:
- Graduated with a Master’s degree from an engineering or computer science school.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in bid management, structured project management, writing, or implementing processes.
- You are comfortable with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tools.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- You have the ability to work closely with sales teams as well as with the technical teams in charge of delivery.
