- Administrative and organizational support for the management team and nursing professionals (including scheduling, admissions/discharges, month-end closing, duty planning)
- Communication and reception: Answering phone calls, providing information, and welcoming patients and visitors
- Logistics and coordination: Organizing patient transports and ensuring medication management including anesthetics
- Technical responsibility: Maintenance and control of medical devices
- Guiding learners, new employees, and employees with qualifications up to FaGe
What you bring
- Completed training as a specialist in health (FaGe), ideally with professional experience in the acute sector
- Empathetic and appreciative personality that communicates empathetically with patients and relatives
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills (e.g. French) are an advantage
- Quick comprehension and practiced handling of MS Office, combined with an independent and structured way of working
- Team spirit and pronounced service orientation, paired with organizational skills
