Service Technician for Firefighting Vehicle Equipment, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the professional outfitting of firefighting vehicles
• In doing so, you take on customer advice, both by phone and on site, as well as the preparation of quotations
• Furthermore, you assemble firefighting equipment and check availability
• You are also responsible for the service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of firefighting vehicle equipment (German-speaking Switzerland area)
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a mechanical training as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, truck mechanic or have completed a comparable apprenticeship (m/f/d)
• It is also desired that you are an active or former firefighter who already has knowledge of firefighting vehicle equipment
• A driving licence category B is required
