Your New Job

Promoting the professional integration of your clients into the primary labour market through assessments of work ability and targeted measures
Supporting and accompanying young adults in challenging life situations during their training
Individual coaching and review meetings
Systemic collaboration in the training environment
Support in crises, motivation and organisation
Administrative support and network coordination
Active participation in shaping and further developing the pilot project „FormAvenir“

Your Qualifications

Training in social work, social pedagogy, psychology or coaching
Experience with adolescents
Independent, committed, positive thinking
Empathetic, motivated, capable of constructive feedback and negotiation skills
