Your New Job
- Promoting the professional integration of your clients into the primary labour market through assessments of work ability and targeted measures
- Supporting and accompanying young adults in challenging life situations during their training
- Individual coaching and review meetings
- Systemic collaboration in the training environment
- Support in crises, motivation and organisation
- Administrative support and network coordination
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the pilot project „FormAvenir“
Your Qualifications
- Training in social work, social pedagogy, psychology or coaching
- Experience with adolescents
- Independent, committed, positive thinking
- Empathetic, motivated, capable of constructive feedback and negotiation skills
